II. President and managers:
The president is an oversea Chinese senior engineer in USA. He graduated from university of Oklahoma in 1992 and had Master of Chemical engineering in 1994.
Deputy manager is a well known medical professor for his long term research in preventive medicine. He has developed the Chinese herb "Xue zai sheng", "Xin ke mi", "Xi kang nutrition salt" and "Automatically analytical system for chromosome Image". At present, the patents of "Drinking Partner "(No.00121445.4) and "Dosimeter of diet salt" (No.2L99217297.7) is to be produced and developed.
Technical Supervisor is an expert for Chinese herb manufacture and research, She has developed a number of Chinese herb product such as "Xin ke mi", "blood sugar depressant" "Lipolysis drugs" and other bioactive component in Chinese herbs.
III. Invested and co-operation Company:
1. "Beijing Coda Health-care Co Ltd" is the former Company, which produced and sold "Xi kang nutrition salt", and it has the function to prevent hypertension, its annual production is stable increased. Now "Erom" is still larger stockholder in Coda Company.
2. "Tianjin City Kei Zhi Science Trade Developed Co Ltd" is another invested company, which has the business on technology development of environmental protection, health protection; and sale for bioproduction, and labor protection equipment.
3. "Shenyang Jinxing Animal And Plant Drugs Development Co Ltd" is a Co-operation company, and it is now collaborated to develop a bioproduction for health-care.
IV. Current Program:
1. Agency for occupational health protection and air monitoring equipments from 3M Company.
2. To prepare and produce "Drink partner"-tea.
3. To develop a new Chinese herb component.
